Interests and Hobbies
My interests are traveling with my family to different parts of China that still contain ancient architecture and learning about the history while I travel. During these travels, I also went to many local museums of these cities. I also love going hiking in China on a hot summer day and enjoy the scenery and nature around me. At the same time, I also like to do many activities indoors where I do cross-stitching, paint by number, and building miniature buildings. Also, I enjoy spending time with my grandparents back in China, which is why our family tries to go back to China every summer to see our grandparents.
My family and I visited Maine during the summer of my freshmen year of high school. Ever since then, I fell in love with Blueberry pies and Blueberry sodas.
I took this picture when I went hiking with my grandparents in our old hometown. Zeli is the place where my grandparents and my dad grew up.
This photo was taken back in 2019 when my family decided to go on a one-day trip to Jiulong Mountain. We went boat riding and walked around the mountains, all the while enjoying the scenery.
The scenery was taken on top of a mountain. Our relatives decided to take my brother and me here to enjoy the night view before we fly back to Changle.
Zhongshan Bridge is a famous bridge in Lanzhou. It is the first bridge that was built over the Yellow River. When the night falls, there will be many people, and on the side, we will see a group of aunties dancing.
My family and I went to this beautiful island called Gulangyu Island. It is an island that's just off the coast of Xiamen. On this small island we the many beautiful sceneries as well as savory foods. Also, the weather was great, consider how it was January.
One of my favorite hobbies is DIY. I love cross-stitching, paint by number, as well as building miniature buildings. These two pieces were one of my first DIYs back in China.
I recently got into Diamond Painting, and this is the first piece I had created. It is a beautiful peacock that I made by sticking thousands of different colored diamonds.
Finally, the person I appreciate the most and love the most are my grandparents. Who raised me with care since I was a baby.
